Ps3 Online Gaming Data Usage
ps3 online gaming data usage
In technical terms, R4 refers to the type of memory storage which has been primarily introduced to be compatible to Nintendo DSi for gaming. Later this technology has been improvised and many devices now use this format. SDHC-cards have been in the market for a long time and are available from data storage capacities of 4GB to 32 GB and these are variables with every passing year. The R4 SDHC card in simple terms is the connecting device or a connector for SDHCcards to adapt to the R4 format.
When we in general speak of the term R4 SDHC, the software, firmware and the card as such have to be addressed to. This concept has primarily been brought out by the R4 team to address the memory space problem and for the easy installation and usage of games. The R4 SDHC cards come with a set of software and firmware which help this particular card to satisfy all the above needs. Here firmware refers to the fixed programs and data structures which control the electronic devices internally. Since the software and firmware are designed to make the gaming easier and consume less time for installation, these cards are widely used and both the software and the firmware can be downloaded from the official website free of cost.
The R4 SDHC cards have also undergone many changes from the first model and are now available in many variants for specific needs of the customer. Another issue to be addressed while buying the R4 SDHC card is its compatibility with other SDHC cards in case of an upgrade. The R4 cards are available up to a memory of 16GB now and the 32GB is all set to take off in the markets. Though the price of these cards is slightly more than the usual SDHC card, it is worth the difference because of the more specific and advantages of the card.

Thoughts on PC gaming with dial up and Broadband. ?
I have played Call Of Duty 4 on PS3 on dial up connection and it works perfectly fine.
I am thinking about getting Call Of Duty 4 on PC. I have a internet plan that when my data usage runs out, my internet is slowed down to dial up.
I am wondering, when my internet slows down from broadband to dial up, how well will I stay connected to the servers? And will I experience mass amounts of lag?
I think that I won’t get much lag because of experience playing Call Of Duty 4 online on PS3. It does not lag at all on that platform.
Somebody please prove my theory wrong.
depends on your computer processor and the dial up connection speed….
but when people call your home phone it will disconnect well depending on your service provider….
lagging shouldnt be a worry to you usually its internet based games that lag with dial up… i played tony hawk with other players with dial up and it didnt lag at all but like i said its your service provider and processor that really dose the speed and so forth
hope this helped
